[Esip-operational-ethics] Recap: Kick off meeting

We had a good kick off discussion today! We decided to start off this cluster with a survey/resource gathering exercise; we have a proposal on the table to do an open/public gathering of resources (via GoogleForm or GoogleSheets or GitHub) and a closed/cluster discussion/synthesis over the next 3 months. Kathe will be the delegate to the ESIP DEIJ committee until January 2024.
