[Esip-preserve] Plans for summer ESIP meeting

We had a good discussion of proposed activities for the upcoming ESIP  
meeting at our last telecon.  I think the agenda is shaping up  
nicely.  The meeting could very well lead to substantial advances in  
the field; but there is a lot of work to be done to flesh out the  
agenda and make it happen.  For one thing, we need suggestions for  
speakers.  Please take a look at the meeting notes and updated plans.   
Any and all suggestions, comments and wiki updates would be welcome!
