[Esip-preserve] Chapter and verse does not suffice. Even for King James

It is a fun discussion and the phrase Chapter and Verse for the King James
version of the Bible allows us to illustrate many points.  But it also
contains a critical flaw.

Which "King James" Version of the Bible?  There are many, copied by hand for
a long time.  Edited, modified, both by accident and by intent.  So a more
complete set of metadata is requi9red even for this.
