[Esip-preserve] Next ESIP Data Stewardship call, Feb 13, TIME CHANGE

Hi everybody,
Due to an unexpected schedule conflict, we will be holding the next Data
Stewardship telecon one hour earlier than normal on Feb 13. The updated
call time is now 1:00pm ET. We will get back to the normal time for the
subsequent calls.

Here is the meeting agenda. Please let me know if you have any questions or
agenda comments.
