[Esip-preserve] Esip-preserve Digest, Vol 104, Issue 5

Gaps in satellite missions are one of the main risk factors to remote
sensing data. So are the sustainability and health of observing networks
(both in situ and remote sensing). I have added a reference by NESDIS Data
Archive Board on 5 functions required to preserve and exploit the full
scientific value of NOAA’s environmental data. (I have a pdf copy but do
not know how to add it to ESIP wiki.)

I share Mark's comment on adding "S" (stewardship) to FAIR.

Cheers,

--- Peng
