[Esip-preserve] Scheduling Regular Research Object Citation meetings

OK, this is my last email to all these groups.

The New merged Research Object Citation cluster will meet on the third Thursday of the month at noon Eastern starting 21 March. The data group still has a few more weekly meeting at the old time of 13:00 Eastern to wrap up data citation.

Apologies for the cross posting. As I hope you know, the data citation and software citation clusters are merging to take on the broad challenge of general research object citation.  How do we provide a reference that enables both access and credit to any given research object (data, software, article, instrument, sample, workflow, etc.)?

Meetings will begin late February or early March. The first meeting will be to scope out what we can realistically accomplish in the first year
