[Esip-preserve] ESIP summer meeting plans

Hi Ruth,
I will probably not be attending the Summer meeting this year due to a
conflict with personal travel. I am happy to contribute to a mini-hackathon
if there is interest from other folks, but I wouldn't be able to lead it.
