[Esip-preserve] Budget requests for next year due the end of this month!

Hi Ruth,
We did not use the funding for the committee publication this past year,
but I would like to have it included again. We have the data risk matrix
paper that is more than 50% done. It should definitely be able to be
submitted this year.
