[Esip-scicomm] Move meeting time?

For clarification: our “regular” time is 4pm ET/3pm CT/2pm MT/1pm PT

I’m asking if we can move it earlier one hour to: 3pm ET/ 2pm CT/ 1pm MT/noon PT
