Tom,
I will be on the telecon today. I'd be happy to talk about our project, integration of the skills database, and use of the ontology developed by the SW cluster.

However, I wanted to mention that Eric Rozell (Discovery Cluster Student Fellow) and I have been working on a Funding Friday project to create linked data from AGU/ESSI and ESIP data. Currently, we have RDF for ESIP meetings, ESIP people, ESSI abstracts, ESSI sessions, and ESSI people. Erin has sent us an SQL representation of the ESIP skills database, which we are planning to convert to RDF next. Perhaps some of our work will be of interest to your TIWG project and vice versa.
