PREFIX gcserf: <http://data.globalchange.gov/tool/gcmdserf/>
PREFIX gcdif: <http://data.globalchange.gov/dataset/gcmddif/>
PREFIX gctool: <http://data.globalchange.gov/tool/gctool/>

In theory, these are already preloaded, so the turtle doesn't need them, though I have not yet tried it.
