[esip-semanticweb] Reporting SWEET ontology bugs...?

I am aware of this bug.  It has corrected in my working 2.4 release.  I think I should push this fix to current releases as well

In the http://sweet.jpl.nasa.gov/2.2/reprSciUnits.owl ontology, there is an error with the term:
http://sweet.jpl.nasa.gov/2.2/reprSciUnits.owl#lux

It is defined twice using rdf:ID, which causes errors for some RDF parsers, namely Python rdflib.
