[esip-semantictech] Reflections on the week

Lewis, Beth, Semantic Tech Committee -

Thank you all for contributing to such a productive ESIP Summer Meeting and
your visible leadership over the entire week. As we move toward making data
useful semantic tech is clearly essential, so it is nice to see you all
recognized by your peers. ESIP is what our partners make it and you all
made it great!

Looking forward to the second half of 2019 and where things go at the 2020
Winter Meeting -
