[Esip-sustainabledm] nightlight pollution data

Hello,

Is there free available data for nightlight pollution for 2020.  I am working with a research group that accessed the NLP dataset from NOAA’s NCEI for 2018 and 2019, but can no longer get access due to the fact that the Colorado School of Mines (Payne Institute for Public Policy) took over generation and access of the composites. Our institution does not have access to this resource, and cannot afford the $10,000 price tag for the tiles sought.  I appreciate any help to find this kind of data.
