[Esip-sustainabledm] CARE-for-repositories paper is out

Congratulations to all of the authors on an excellent paper! I read it
yesterday and was so impressed with this final product. The paper is so
useful in its approach as a model and in its practical guidance. I have
shared it with parts of my network already and will continue to do so in
the next few weeks.

Thank you, Margaret, for your leadership as chair of the Sustainable Data
Management cluster. This type of community output takes so much effort. I
appreciate all the additional collaboration support above and beyond the
intellectual contributions to the paper that you made to see this through.
