Hi all,

An earlier reminder of the meeting coming up in less than a day, 3/24 1pm
PT/4pm ET. Here's the link to register for the Zoom link:
https://www.esipfed.org/event/sustainable-data-management-10/

There's been a bunch of work done over the past week over the concept of a
scorecard for a repository's ability to weather a crisis, including further
development of the scenarios and guidance on how to approach them
<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1-JQC246R046UgoNsJDgt4ybWY_1dJPsNE9aSeXT6dc8/edit?tab=t.0#heading=h.n8mzxgnh18vh>,
a short introduction letter on how to fill out the scorecard
<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1-JQC246R046UgoNsJDgt4ybWY_1dJPsNE9aSeXT6dc8/edit?tab=t.2xdkok5ql350#heading=h.6v3ykrwjq41>,
and a first draft version of the scorecard, secondary scorecard, and
repository worksheet
<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1NoEuCccOVgldX-_Zmpk_iNZtZn5rC7UCiGDdGSgJQzE/edit?gid=0#gid=0>
.

I hope you can at least scan the scorecard and introduction letter before
meeting if not attempt to fill out the scorecard in five minutes after
making a copy, and as you do so I hope you can ask the following questions:

   - Do the questions, descriptions, themes make sense from an
   organizational resiliency standpoint?
   - Are there any themes, questions that are not universally applicable
and should be put in an appendix?
   - Should the weights be changed?
   - Do the crisis scenario zeros make sense for where they are, and are
   they justified?
   - Should the final scoring cutoffs be changed? They are currently set at
   1/3 and 2/3.
   - What should be changed with the pre-worksheet?
   - Can the scorecard be filled in five minutes?
   - Is there anything with the structure of the scorecard that would be
   nice to have or change?

At the meeting I hope to particularly discuss the questions and the scores
and come to consensus around the draft.

Best,
Joseph
