[Esip-viz] today's telecon canceled

Hi all,

My apologies for the late notice but today's viz cluster telecon is
canceled. Between many of you being at the ESIP meeting last week (and
needing to get work done this week) and the federal holiday next
Monday, we will re-convene on the phone February 14. I will be sending
around some discussion points a bit later this week.
