[Esip-sample-curation] New structure proposal for Journal Guidance document

Hello Everyone,

Today a group of us had a brief chat with Shelley from AGU about our
"Journal Guidance for Physical Samples and Associated Data" project.
Lesley suggested it after our last cluster meeting.  It was really useful
(thank you Lesley for suggesting it!) to understand what would work for
AGU, particularly if we are going to be writing our guidelines with them as
our first 'customer' in mind.

Shelley shared with us a few resources, in particular a similar document
for Data and Software when submitting to AGU publications

citation below). After the discussion today, it was proposed we use this
document structure (which is 9 pages rather than 2) to create our
guidelines rather than the 2 page structure

we drafted from the AIP example.

Before we proceed, we wanted to get community feedback on this approach.
What do you think? If you have any questions, comments, considerations,
please send them to the list for discussion.

If we get a consensus, I will make a new google doc structured like the AGU
example and distribute it in advance of our next meeting.
