[ESIP-all] National Ecological Observatory Network (NEON)

Naphtali Rishe of TerraFly, who has applied for Federation membership,
has requested that this Request for Interest be sent out.  

 

The National Science Foundation has issued a solicitation for the
National Ecological Observatory Network (NEON):  Development of NEON
Coordinating Consortium (NCC) and Project Office.  Naphtali has an
interest in being a co-I on this planning grant and is able to provide a
variety of supporting tools and technology infrastructure.  He is look
to partner with other organizations who have the required scientific

The deadline for a required letter of intent is March 8.  As such, if
you are interested in this, please let me know by 12 noon (Eastern) on
Wednesday (March 3).  At that time, I will arrange for a conference call
(likely late on March 3) to connect all interested parties.
