[ESIP-all] NASA ROSES solicitations

Dear Members,

While there have been a number of the ROSES past solicitations that will not
be competed this year, there are four particular programs that will be
competed this year.  They are listed below and each of them have a due date
of April 30,  2010, with the exception of the Land-Cover solicitation which
has an April date only for the step 2 proposals.  I will continue to monitor
the NSPIRES site for any further updates.
