Thank you everyone for your contributions, feedback, and votes for DCP-1. It is officially ratified.
But as the other mailing list threads show, we still have plenty of specifications to hash out for improving interoperability.

Question for the cluster: should we generally pursue as many concurrent DCPs specs as needed, or should be we limit discussions to one DCP at a time?
Do any of the other Discovery Editors want facilitate the next DCPs?

Subject: [Esip-discovery] Voting results for ESIP DCP-1: Atom Response Format for OpenSearch, DataCasting, & ServiceCasting
Posted on the wiki are the results of the voting for DCP-1.
http://wiki.esipfed.org/index.php/Discovery_Change_Proposal-1#Consensus
5 yays to 0 nays.
Let's hope we get less voter apathy the second time around! But thank you to all that voted.
For transparency, the trail of the voting log is posted on the wiki.
Before making it official, we'll just open it up for a final review of the specification for last minute tweaks. These are intended to be mostly formatting/grammar changes and not specification changes. Since there were no outcries during the voting, this should go quick. Shall we say one day for final review, and we'll ratify DCP-1 in 24-hours?
