Dear EnviroSensors,

After consideration, Renée and I decided to NOT hold a Cluster call this month as both of us have meetings that we were just not able to move, and given the general circumstances we did not feel right about asking anyone to step in and lead the call without us.

That said, we would like to solicit input for ESIP Summer Meeting activities, whether the meeting be virtual, in-person, or postponed. Our goal is to integrate some of the great material and ideas that the Cluster has been exchanging this past year. We've got great potential for "hands on" or technology walk-throughs, in addition to the usual presentation formats. Again, keep in mind that virtual sessions are a real possibility at this point.

So, while we won't be meeting tomorrow, please give this thought and feel free to discuss on the listserv. If you wish to volunteer or tentatively hold a slot for some activity idea, feel free to email us directly.

We hope that each of you and your families are well (physically and psychologically!) during this interesting time, and if nothing else we are looking forward to next month's Cluster call. We have both really been amazed and humbled by the quality of discussion that you all have brought this last year to the topics of environmental sensing and data management, and this gives us optimism as we look to adjusting in the times ahead.

Best wishes and regards,
Scotty & Renée
