Subject: AIST-23 Reviews and Panelist for NOS Proposals?
Anthony,
I am NASA’s Program Manager for the Earth Science Technology Office (ESTO)’s Advanced Information Systems Technology (AIST) Program, and I am also a member (inactive most of the time) of the ESIP EnviroSensing cluster.
AIST recently released a solicitation, AIST-23, including needs for Novel Observing Strategies (NOS) (see attached solicitation), and we are now preparing to review the Step-2 proposals that were submitted in response to this solicitation. In particular, one of the focus areas (“D&P” for NOS, described in section 2.3) requested to develop end-to-end NOS Demonstrations.
Since this topic is related to the interests of the EnviroSensing cluster, I was wondering if you or someone in the Cluster would be willing to review some of those proposals and be part of the corresponding Panel? The panel will be held on June 6 in the DC area (College Park, MD), and you would have between 4 to 7 proposals to review (or as many as you can do). The reviews are due May 28 and the proposals are now accessible to the reviewers.
If you or someone you know is available, please let us know and we will contact you with additional details.
Thank you in advance for your consideration of this request!
Jacqueline
