[Esip-preserve] Preservation of remotes sensing data in Europe

Some of you may be interested in what ESA is doing regarding long term preservation. Their framework document and associated guidelines and procedures might inform some of our provenance and context work. I note John Moses and Frank Lindsay were at their last workshop.
