Hi Anne -
Thanks for the reminder. I had forgotten to check the calendar for this
week.
What we will do, then:
1. draft a request for support for Beargrie's travel. Then we can refer
to that as we approach him (margaret)
2. put in an abstract for a session. I will specifically mention
Beagrie, although his participation will have to be tentative. If we
don't have him (either no support, or he says no, thanks), we'll use the
session for something else, or drop it. (margaret)
3. we'll keep the regular call schedule, and use it to follow up
I'll start #1, #2 in a google doc, so the group can help or comment, if
so inclined.
reminder: due date for both is Monday, April 10.
Margaret

I guess we’d have to start that process right away, as it woudl take a while to find out if he was interested and would attend. And if he couldn’t, well, maybe the slot could be given back to ESIP for other use??
