This is nice work.

I don’t have permissions for the Google doc, so kindly consider the comments in the attached Word document. I have not been involved in the conversations leading up to this paper, so consider this as a friendly external review. I also only reviewed the introductory sections. I’ll take a closer look at the actual recommendations some time soon.
